Full-Stack Developer

About the Role

TripBooking.AI is building the next generation of AI-driven travel planning tools. You will join a small, fast-moving engineering team that owns everything from sleek, responsive UIs in React + Next.js to cutting-edge AI agent services powered by Python, Django/Flask, LangChain, and large-language-model (LLM) pipelines. If you love shipping features end-to-end and experimenting with new AI capabilities, this is your seat at the table.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dynamic, SEO-friendly pages using React and Next.js
• Implement reusable UI components with Tailwind CSS or Chakra UI
• Optimize frontend performance using SSR, ISR, and code-splitting
• Design and implement RESTful or GraphQL APIs using Python (Django/Flask)
• Develop scalable backend services and integrate third-party travel, payment, and messaging APIs
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure backend reliability and stability
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment
• Prototype and productionize conversational AI agents that match users to travel packages
• Build and manage prompt pipelines using LangChain and integrate vector databases
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation techniques for AI-enhanced search and recommendations
• Deploy applications on AWS (Lightsail, EC2, Lambda) and monitor production performance
• Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and collaborative product planning sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in CSE / IT / SWE from a reputed university.
• Minimum experience: 1.5 years in full-stack web development.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals
• Python with Django in production
• SQL + basic ORM experience (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD
• Hands-on with LangChain, OpenAI, or other LLM frameworks
• Knowledge of vector stores
• AWS deployment and monitoring (CloudWatch, ECS, Lightsail)
• Soft skills – Startup mindset, clear written/spoken English, habit of documenting what you build, and a passion for travel tech.
